Michigan State University Students Advancing International Development (SAID) is a student-driven organization focusing on community development issues in the greater Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, region of India. Our first successful initiative, an MMR vaccination project aiming to help achieve community immunity against measles, was launched in the fall of 2009. MSU SAID is currently funding Aakkam Revolving Scholarship Fund for Young Women to attend university/college.
